新型驻电极空气净化装置容尘性能模拟研究

Simulation study on dust-holding performance of a new electrostatic precipitator with dielectric barrier electrodes

摘要:

该新型净化装置由驻电极集尘模块和针尖放电模块组成,空气中的颗粒物荷电后在集尘通道中被捕集。利用多物理场数值分析软件COMSOL模拟了集尘通道内的流场、静电场、粒子迁移轨迹。结果表明:容尘不改变流场,但改变静电场的分布;容尘后电荷不断累积在集尘极板表面,形成反电场并减弱原有场强,从而削弱对粒子的捕集能力,造成装置的一次通过效率下降;在大多数容尘时间内,模拟得到的净化效率与实验结果基本保持一致,模型具有较好的准确性。

Abstract:

The new electrostatic precipitator consists of a standing electrode dust-collecting module and a needle discharge module, which collecting the charged particles in the channel. Simulates the flow field, electrostatic field and particle migration trajectory in the dust-collecting channel by COMSOL, a multi-physical field numerical analysis software. The results show that the dust-holding does not change the flow field, but changes the distribution of the electrostatic field. The charges accumulate on the surface of the dust collector plate, forming an inverse electric field and weakening the original electric field strength, thus weakening the ability to collect particles, resulting in a decrease of the device’s primary passing efficiency. In the most time of dust-holding, the simulated purification efficiency is basically consistent with the experimental results, and the model has good accuracy.
